One of my favorite apps happens to be “Yo”

Yo is the “messaging” app that only sends the word Yo (or a link or location). I love the simplicity, and how ridiculous it is. I wanted to make it a little more actually useful, though – which goes exactly the opposite direction that was intended. Regardless, I came up with Yo Text – which allows you to write some text, then copy the link address – which you can then “Yo” to someone.

Give it a shot – it’s like text messaging, without all the boring efficiency!
